Aviva Vida y Pensiones (Life and Pensions) the company providing the dedicated brokerage link within the Aviva Group, has launched a new Web arrangement for its brokers and agents, which will allow them to handle their client portfolios in a more efficient and personalized manner, as well as giving them access to some great added-value applications relating to training and providing advice.
- The initiative is being run under Project “Conect@dos”, the main aim of which is to improve the lines of communication with the brokers’ network, as well as providing these professionals with resources to make managing their clients’ affairs easier.
- More than 750 professional brokers will be able to access in a more personalized and efficient manner to their portfolios and key training resources, allowing them to offer the most complete advice possible to the end
Aviva Vida y Pensiones (Life and Pensions) the company providing the dedicated brokerage link within the Aviva Group, has launched a new Web arrangement for its brokers and agents, which will allow them to handle their client portfolios in a more efficient and personalized manner, as well as giving them access to some great added-value applications relating to training and providing advice.
Among many other services, Mediaweb allows these professionals to consult their portfolios, access to the different tariff organization units in the Group, receive notification of policies maturing, or important milestones in the contracting procedure, making adjustments to clients’ policies, consulting receipts and product details, and communicating more directly with the company itself.
Amador Moreno, director general of Aviva Vida y Pensiones, makes it clear that “this project reaffirms clearly the great importance which Aviva attaches to the value of brokerage and the importance of advice, and proves the versatility of the technology and new lines of communication in achieving the best possible effect. We aim to provide our partner brokers with the greatest amount of autonomy we can, by making available to them all the possible tools for developing their life insurance business.”
The new site represents a development in the Web which Aviva Vida y Pensiones has been able to use ever since 2003. The new version has come into being as part of the corporate project “Conect@dos” over a number of phases, to upgrade the technological behind the company’s brokers Web solution.
