Managing director and board chairwoman Asta Ungulaitienė has headed the company since April 2003. Board member and the director of finance, Arūnas Rumskas, has been with Commercial Union Lithuania since the company was founded in 2001. Tomasz Stanislaw Jagodzinski has been a board member and sales director since autumn 2004.
