The "Bless You" medical package, introduced by Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie SA, gives you fast and unlimited access to specialist doctors and diagnostic tests at over 200 private surgeries all over Poland.

The "Bless You" medical package is available as an individual product or as an additional agreement to the Nowa Perspektywa individual life insurance policy. From 28 June it will also be available as an additional agreement to group life insurance policies. The customer can choose the individual or family version and one of three insurance options - basic, extended or platinum.

The monthly premium for the individual version depends on the option chosen and costs between 70 and 180 zlotys (if this is an additional agreement to the Nowa Perspektywa policy then it will cost between 52 and 162 zlotys). Which is more or less the same as a single visit to a specialist doctor.

The services included in the insurance policy can be accessed at over 200 parent centres and centres collaborating with the Lux Med group - the market leader for medical services.

"Despite the high level of competition, we are confident that people will be interested in the outpatient package - this will be offered to our existing customers (three and a half million people). Problems concerning fast and easy access to specialist and modern diagnoses in Poland are so common that a lot of people are thinking about taking out additional health insurance," says Maciej Jankowski, president of the Aviva group in Poland.

Customers who take out the "Bless You" medical package will also receive access to an assistance programme which means that they can receive home visits from doctors specialising in internal illnesses in emergency situations (up to three a year), childcare and care for the disabled in the event of illness, etc.

They will also get a discount on corrective laser surgery to their vision and plastic surgery at selected clinics. They can also take advantage - under preferential conditions - of the services provided by partners of the "Health, Beauty, Harmony" programme (cosmetic surgeries, biological regeneration salons and fitness clubs).

Furthermore, the medical package provides compensation of 25,000 zlotys in the event of permanent and total incapacity to work as a result of an accident.
