Ahead of Norwich Union's name change on 1 June, Aviva this month launches its brand new website for brokers, www.aviva.co.uk/broker and online trading platform, Fast Trade.

Following feedback from brokers, the website will provide simpler navigation and improved quote facilities, cover and documentation and replaces www.nuebroking.co.uk/.  The site will also provide improved product information and an online claims management service, including the option to customise the site to a broker's particular needs.

Fast Trade - the new online quote and buy facility for small business insurance - replaces the Norwich Union commercial e-services system and will provide a quicker, simpler end-to-end process with instant documentation for six small business packages, including a new one for small Commercial Property Owners.

John Kennedy, director of business development, says: "We have listened to what our brokers say is important to them and as a result have created a site that is not only easy to use but also gives the broker more control over what they see.

"The brand new online quote facility, Fast Trade, will make it much simpler to transact business and get instant access to documentation.

"Another new feature is the ability to customise the site; for example, a commercial broker can choose just to see commercial product information. This also applies if they are a member of our Club 110 or Broker Independence Group where they can opt to see tailored messages."
