Delta Lloyd Group today launched iZio, its new insurance company, at Albert Cuyp Market in Amsterdam. iZio offers consumers one-stop online insurance solutions, covering the most common forms of insurance, at highly competitive, fixed rates.
The iZio bundle is made up of seven types of insurance and is 40% cheaper than the market average. The fixed, bargain price is achieved through fully tailoring the various types of insurance which make up the bundle and avoiding double coverage. iZio has also responded to demand and introduced 100% online payment.
Niels Keuker, iZio's Managing Director, explains: "Consumers don't want to spend too much time on insurance and iZio is a cheap, easy product for our customers. Our ambition is for iZio to grow into Holland's top online insurance provider."
iZio's insurance bundle consists of a fixed package of insurance plans: home contents insurance, personal liability insurance, legal assistance insurance, accident insurance, homeowners' insurance, funeral expenses insurance and continuous travel insurance (including continuous cancellation insurance). iZio also offers car insurance at very competitive rates.
