Aviva NDB was among the top 10 winners at Best Corporate Citizen Award 2011 at the recent gala awards presentation organized by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce for the eighth consecutive year.
Aviva NDB was among the top 10 winners at Best Corporate Citizen Award 2011 at the recent gala awards presentation organized by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce for the eighth consecutive year. Aviva NDB was the only insurer to secure a place among the line up of Sri Lanka’s 10 best corporate entities. Last year, Aviva NDB was the winner in the "under LKR 15 billion turnover" category and in 2011 the company competed with entities recording an annual turnover of more than LKR 15 billion.
The Best Corporate Citizen Award is the highest and only corporate honour in the country that evaluates all aspects of a business and the winners are selected for performance under five stakeholder groups – Environment, Employee Relations, Customer and Supplier Relations, Community Relations and CSR and Governance & Economic Contribution.
