Aviva Vida y Pensiones, the Aviva Group company which distributes its insurance products through professional brokers, and Preventiva Seguros have reached a collaboration agreement under which Aviva Vida y Pensiones will distribute Preventiva funeral insurance products and Preventiva will incorporate the life insurance and pension products of Aviva Vida y Pensiones into its offer.
- Thanks to this alliance, both companies will enter new areas of business, expand their range of products and incorporate new distribution channels.
Aviva Vida y Pensiones, the Aviva Group company which distributes its insurance products through professional brokers, and Preventiva Seguros have reached a collaboration agreement under which Aviva Vida y Pensiones will distribute Preventiva funeral insurance products and Preventiva will incorporate the life insurance and pension products of Aviva Vida y Pensiones into its offer.
This commercial alliance will allow both companies to enter areas of business in which they have not had a presence up until now and will enable them to offer a wide range of products which can adapt to meet all types of needs, including both life insurance and pensions plans and funeral insurance.
Aviva Vida y Pensiones and Preventiva will be able to increase their business with the sale of new insurance products to their existing customers. They will be able to offer both these existing customers and new customers a greater range of products through the networks of brokers which both organisations have at their disposal.
Amador Moreno, director general of Aviva Vida y Pensiones rates this alliance very highly: "This agreement will enable us to give our brokers an additional service which they can offer the customer. A new product, but a product which has proven experience on account of the 65 years during which the Preventiva Group has been offering its funeral insurance throughout the country".
Luis Poblaciones, director general of Preventiva, said: "The agreement with Aviva Vida y Pensiones will involve the incorporation of a different channel for Preventiva which will increase our distribution capacity. Furthermore, the alliance in Spain with one of the EU's leading Groups will strengthen the offer of our Network, which can now market new highly competitive Vida y Pensiones products. Both organisations will benefit from the synergies of the networks and products."
