Michelle Hartry, 26, from Bristol has been awarded the prestigious title of RAC’s Sales Ambassador of the Year.

Michelle’s exceptional service to customers and unfailing can-do attitude has resulted in her success at this year’s RAC Ambassador Awards held at the Motor Heritage Museum, Gaydon, on 27 March.

Following the awards, Michelle said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to win this award and it’s a real honour to be recognised for my successes and achievements.

“Having achieved performance manager role already this year, being named Ambassador of the Year is incredibly rewarding.”

Jo Hale, head of RAC rescue sales and service, said: “Michelle thoroughly deserves to win this award. She takes great pride in the service she provides to customers and colleagues alike and always goes that extra mile.”

Each month RAC acknowledges sales colleagues on its “Wall of Honour” based on their passion for selling, delivering high standards of customer service, motivation and innovation. The winner of the Sales Ambassador Award is chosen from those individuals who appear on the Wall of Honour during the course of the year.
