Poland: Life insurance now from just 3 zlotys a day

In October and November Aviva will be encouraging its Polish customers to get life insurance, drawing their attention to the fact that Nowa Perspektywa, the company’s flagship insurance product, is now available from just 3 zlotys a day.

In October and November Aviva will be encouraging its Polish customers to get life insurance, drawing their attention to the fact that Nowa Perspektywa, the company’s flagship insurance product, is now available from just 3 zlotys a day.

Life insurance is seen as an expensive service. In actual fact the premium is often no more expensive than the price we pay for small purchases every day. Aviva wants to encourage people who have not yet taken out life insurance for themselves and their family to see whether this protection could cost less than they imagine. The universality of life insurance meets important social objectives (financial insurance for a family in the event of the death of a relative) and the price paid by the customer has gone down thanks to a better risk assessment by the insurer and the wider availability of the product.

Customers who submit an application for a new Nowa Perspektywa policy in October and November will receive a year’s free additional insurance against “death through accident” with insurance cover of 50 thousand zlotys.  

The advertising campaign will run on TV and online. Aviva has also prepared BTL advertising materials.  

The Nowa Perspektywa Insurance product is the flagship offer from Aviva Towarzystwa Ubezpieczeń na Życie (Aviva Life Insurance Company). It allows you to insure your whole family through a single policy. Apart from life insurance, you have the option to take out additional policies (health and accident insurance) and to open dedicated accounts in order to save money for a specific purpose. Customers can give these accounts any name they wish, eg Zosia’s studies, Madrid lifestyle, la Dolce vita, financial freedom, new car, reserve, safe.

Nowa Perspektywa has a lot of advantages over similar products on the market. The main advantages are:

  • A single policy where you can get life and health insurance for your family and save money – similar family packages available on the market are either purely protection packages (without the option to save money) or the “family” element refers to one additional policy only. Nowa Perspektywa can include children from the moment they are born (our competitors require the child to be over one or two) and informal relationships.
  • If you are declared completely and permanently unfit to work, Aviva will give you the option to receive the amount of the insurance from the main policy (from the life insurance policy) – our competitors will only agree to pay future contributions.
  • The scope of protection and investment with Nowa Perspektywa can be adapted to suit your changing needs at any time – in general our competitors only allow you to do this once a year or before the next premium deadline.
