Keal's commercial management system (CMS) comXP will be integrated with Aviva's Fastrax, a web-based commercial insurance application. This will enable brokers to upload small commercial package information including client, risk and coverage details from comXP to Fastrax, thus eliminating the need for dual entry.
"We took the time to understand broker issues and processes and are now building a solution to increase their ease of doing business with us. The integration will create efficiencies for our broker partners," states Linda Regner Dykeman, senior vice president of Aviva's commercial line business.

The integration will be conducted with strict adherence to the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations' (CSIO) XML commercial standards and is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2009. Full functionality of Keal's comXP and Aviva Canada's Fastrax integration will be announced to brokers through a press release.
