Cyrte is rolling together Spitfire and the legendary British production label Hammer, in which Cyrtealso has a holding, as the basis for a new company: HS Media. HS Media is going to specialise in the production and distribution of international films.
Cyrte, a TMT (telecom, media and technology) fund, was taken over by Delta Lloyd Asset Management in 2007. Cyrte slots in perfectly with our winning strategy of managing profitable funds with a distinctive investment style.
Winding up this deal is subject to the approval of the supervisory authorities in Luxembourg.
