This site provides information about the Company, its products and services. The content has been reorganised and optimised, to make the site more user friendly. Aesthetic changes have also been applied, based on the new Group-wide style guide.

The site has been enhanced with greater accessibility and clearer, uniform, automatic viewing and browsing mechanisms. A very powerful search function has also been incorporated, facilitating searches not only of the website itself but also documents attached to it.

Moreover, the new site has been developed paying special attention to structure and programming, with a view to facilitating the indexing of information on www.avivavp.es for search engines.

The site includes the customer portal "AvivaOnLine". This portal is a new easy access and navigation tool which has been created to enable Aviva Vida y Pensiones customers to submit enquiries, amend their personal details, make transfers, perform simulations of some of the products from the Aviva range and view correspondence from the previous year.

With its updated website, Aviva Vida y Pensiones aims to strengthen its brand image, open new contact channels for customers and achieve greater interactivity.
