Commercial Union Poland - Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ogólnych SA has some of the best home insurance offers on the market - Locum Apartament and Locum Rezydencja. For some time, the company has been encouraging clients to sign three-year contracts, which give the following benefits: time-effective, stable rates, long-term insurance and continuity of protection as well as lower premiums.
A 15% discount will be available should the client decide to take out home insurance for a period of three years. The insurance premium can be paid in instalments over a period of six years. In addition, until the end of November, new clients who take out a three-year policy with Commercial Union for the first time and who fill out a competition coupon will receive a cash bonus of 50 zlotys.
At the same time, insurance protection from Locum Apartament has been extended and now offers an additional risk protection - over-voltage (damages caused by excess current).
Locum Apartament Insurance is the most popular home insurance among CU TUO clients interested in extensive cover for their house or flat. Property can be insured for accidents of various types including fire and flood damage, as well as snow or ice overload. Owners of flats and houses can take full advantage of this offer as can clients interested in private property insurance and product liability.
Another interesting offer on the market is one that insures belongings that are in the client's possession for a limited period of time. This includes property at a place of residence used for farming activities or business purposes. The protection cover can be extended to home assistance, which includes the services of specialists (such as electricians, plumbers, glaziers, roofers, locksmiths, carpenters) as well as cover for additional costs, for example investigation into the cause of damage.
This year Commercial Union Poland - Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ogólnych will expand and offer car insurance which will be sold over the phone and internet.
