Unicorp Vida launches its systematic individual savings plan, Uniahorro Sistemático, a new savings product that, upon maturity, generates a guaranteed, high-liquidity return. The product will be marketed by Unicaja.

Unicorp Vida is an insurance company which is owned partly by Aviva, the leading European insurance group in the life and pensions market (which contributes experience and management) and partly by Unicaja, the largest Andalusian financial institution (with more than 870 branches in Spain).

Systematic individual savings plans are a savings instrument that can be adapted to the future income needs of any person and, thanks to their flexibility and liquidity, have become the ideal complement to other savings products.

Unicaja's customers will be offered a guaranteed interest rate of 4% until 30 June this year. This rate will be revised quarterly, but will never fall below the guaranteed rate, which will be the lower of 1% or the rate published annually by the Spanish Directorate General of Insurance.

Contributions will be totally flexible, ranging from €30 per month to an annual maximum of €8,000. Extraordinary contributions of at least €150 can also be made.

Moreover, the plans offer total liquidity, allowing customers to partially or fully cash them in at any time.
