Aviva announces the launch of the Victoire Multigestion Actions Internationales fund, a new investment fund managed according to the multi-management principle, which can invest up to 100% of its assets in UCITS shares.

This fund is primarily intended for investors with large savings contracts, who want to benefit from around 10% diversification, in addition to the traditional Aviva Gestion d'Actifs funds. With investment of up to 100% in UCITS shares, this fund is appropriate for the "offensive" investor profile, which is comfortable with the high risk associated with this type of market.

This new UCITS offers subscribers two main benefits:

  • Multi-management: The Fund is composed of UCITSs managed by different management companies, specialising in the international equity market. This fund aims to find the best expertise in specific investment areas, based on classes of shares, geographical regions, management style, etc. To coordinate this specific management, Aviva Gestion d'Actifs will be assisted by Rothschild & Cie Gestion, which will select the underlying funds based on quantitative criteria (performance consistency, size of the liability, etc) and qualitative criteria (quality and experience of the manager).
  • Diversification: The fund covers an extremely broad management spectrum, including all the major international markets, as well as securities from rapidly growing economies. Defined by Aviva Gestion d'Actifs and Rothschild & Cie Gestion, a large part of the geographical allocation will be in the US market, while the eurozone will only account for a maximum of 20%. Japan and "emerging countries" will be included depending on market prospects.

The launch, at the end of February, of Victoire Multigestion Actions Internationales is a central part of Aviva Vie's strategy to strengthen its position as a specialist in unit-linked insurance, largely thanks to the consistency of the long-term performance delivered by its asset manager Aviva Gestion d'Actifs.
