It has come to Delta Lloyd group’s attention that it was decided at the general meeting of Menzis Zorg & Inkomen not to agree to the proposed merger between Menzis, Agis Zorgverzekeringen and the health insurers of the Delta Lloyd group, Delta Lloyd & OHRA Health, to form DAM Health Insurance group.
It has come to Delta Lloyd group’s attention that it was decided at the general meeting of Menzis Zorg & Inkomen not to agree to the proposed merger between Menzis, Agis Zorgverzekeringen and the health insurers of the Delta Lloyd group, Delta Lloyd & OHRA Health, to form DAM Health Insurance group.
Delta Lloyd group is considering its position in the light of this development.
