Welke Financiële Diensten and Delta Lloyd signed an agreement on 4 January authorising the former to issue quotations for mortgages. The agreement means that Welke Financiële Diensten will issue quotations for Delta Lloyd mortgages. However, quotations are still subject to final approval by Delta Lloyd.
With the authorisation to issue quotations, the intermediary gains easy access to the products of Delta Lloyd and the services of Welke Financiële Diensten. Insurance advisers requesting quotations through Welke Financiële Diensten can also benefit from a special interest rate scheme. The authorisation to issue quotations is supported by an introductory offer in which the first hundred mortgage quotations accepted are rewarded with a bonus of 150 euros.
Welke Financiële Diensten and Delta Lloyd expect to further strengthen their position in the mortgage market through this closer co-operation.
