Insureds, employers and insurance advisers of Delta Lloyd will receive the Delta Lloyd Zorgkrant (Healthcare Newsletter) by Tuesday 27 September at the latest. This newsletter contains answers to frequently asked questions about the new healthcare policy. The newsletter also provides information on Delta Lloyd’s new healthcare product, ZorgGarant and the Delta Lloyd Gezondheidsljn (health line).
Communication route for new healthcare policy
The Delta Lloyd Zorgkrant is part of the communication route for the new healthcare policy. This route is directed at insurance advisers, insureds under healthcare policies and employers. On 1 September, Delta Lloyd embarked upon a large-scale autumn campaign on healthcare and income on television and radio, the internet and several specialist journals. Delta Lloyd is focussing on "healthcare guarantees". The company is going to offer insureds and insurance advisers firm guarantees with regard to convenience, care and service.
Special website
The special website www.zorggarantie.nl contains information on ZorgGarant, the new healthcare policy from Delta Lloyd and the healthcare guarantees that Delta Lloyd offers to insureds, insurance advisers and employers. Knowledge of the basic system can be tested by a quiz on the website. The website has been developed for insurance advisers, insureds under healthcare policies and employers.
Other campaigns
Delta Lloyd also keeps intermediaries up to date with current developments and offers support through workshops, e-mail alerts, the Delta Lloyd Digital Domain and the campaign website, etc. Insureds are also kept regularly informed about the new healthcare policy by Delta Lloyd. In December they will be offered the new healthcare policy from Delta Lloyd, ZorgGarant. Naturally, this will be at least equal to the current cover.
