Aviva is 14th in the “Great Places To Work” survey, and ranked highest among insurance companies, making it the best insurer to work for in India.
This is the second year that Aviva Life Insurance remains the top 25 “great place to work” in a survey of more than 200 companies administered by Grow Talent Company Ltd. along with Great Places to WorkŽ Institute, Inc. and Business World magazine.
The competition is getting tougher by the year with the comparator group spanning across established and reputed organisations in sectors such as information technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, insurance, FMCG and public sector in India. In spite of the strong competition, Aviva has continued to be ranked amongst the top 25.

Great Places to Work Institute, a California based research and management consultancy, has been successfully conducting this survey for the last two decades. It is currently operating in 23 countries. Their extensive research and experience in this area has confirmed their definition of a 'great place to work' as one where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.
The rating gave two-thirds weightage to scores obtained from employee responses and the other one-third from the evaluation of the company’s workplace culture. Aviva achieved a high rating on some of the critical aspects of these parameters such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
