Navigator has announced the launch of an administration workflow reporting system, enabling financial advisers to track the progress of their clients’ transactions.
Paul Northey, general manager for Group Marketing and Distribution Development, said advisers using the Navigator platform will now have online viewing access to Navigator’s internal work flow system.
"Enabling them to look directly into the heart of Navigator’s workflow system dramatically increases our transparency. The information is in real time, ensuring that we are able to provide advisers with an up-to-date picture of the status of their client transactions," he said.
"Utilising www.navigator.com.au, advisers can now use this report to see how Navigator is performing against its service levels. They can see which transactions are on schedule, delayed or in need of further action," Paul said.
"By making this workflow information available to advisers, Navigator is further improving the quality and efficiency of advisers’ interactions with us. The immediacy of the system also helps advisers improve their own office administration by being better able to manage their own workflow. They will also be in a better position to keep their clients informed," he said.
Paul says the introduction of the workflow report follows the launch of the n-link service and is yet another example of how Navigator is actively achieving its goal of making life easier for advisers.
