As a result of developments in the capital market, Delta Lloyd Mortgages is lowering mortgage interest rates with effect from 16 September 2003. The fixed rates for 2, 5 and 7 years have been lowered by 0.3%. The fixed rates for 1, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years are being lowered by 0.2%.
