Aviva Life Insurance has launched a SMS initiative for its customers in the country. Through this new service, Aviva will keep its customers updated about information on premium payments and policy status.
Aviva Life Insurance has launched a SMS initiative for its customers in the country. Through this new service, Aviva will keep its customers updated about information on premium payments and policy status. This initiative will cover more than 10,000 customers.
In the near future, Aviva plans to add more features, for example pre closure information like reminders of their policy, new products etc. Aviva has tied up with Cellnext, a complete mobile internet solutions and services company to provide these services to its customers.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Mr Stuart Purdy, managing director, Aviva Life Insurance, said: ‘‘Our customers are central to everything we do. We are continuously striving to streamline our processes to ensure that they are able to avail of global standards of insurance service. The SMS initiative to update the customers about their policies as well as inform them about our products and services is another step in this direction.”
