Grazyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz has been appointed member of the board and financial director of the distribution company Commercial Union Polska Sp. z o. o.
Commercial Union Polska Sp. z o. o. is in the business of distributing financial services of the Commercial Union Polska Group, including individual and group life insurance, property insurance, a retirement fund and TFL investment funds.
The company coordinates the work of approximately 6,000 insurance agents. To a large extent it also provides administrative and operational services for clients' portfolios as well as IT services for the other companies making up the CU Group. The company also acts as a transfer agent for Commercial Union's BPH CU WBK Open Retirement Fund.
Grazyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz (33) became interested in insurance while she was studying foreign trade at the University of Gdansk. She worked for a firm of auditors from 1994 to January 1999. She was also involved in business consulting projects.
She started working for Commercial Union in January 1999, and was appointed a director in the financial department of Commercial Union Polska – Life Insurance Society SA in autumn 1999. In autumn 2001 she was also given the responsibility for reporting and cost control processes for companies forming part of the CU Polska Group. She is also involved in coordinating the work of the financial sections of companies of the CU Group.
Grazyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz is married and has one child. Her favourite leisure activities are kayaking and skiing.
