There were another three participants in the tender – all of them local Czech independent agencies - Bison & Rose, Mayer Advertising, a LEAD and the tender finished on 2 October 2002.
Kaspen's basic tasks will be the setting up, production and realisation of strategic communication connected with the coming change of name, focusing on direct sales support projects and all communications activities. The first common project will be the communication and launching the change of name of the company which is due in January 2003.

Commercial Union, životní pojiš'ovna, as started operations in the Czech Republic in 1997 and it provides unit-linked life insurance. In the first half-year of 2002 the premium written reached CZK 162,2M, which is an increase of 32% compared to the same period in 2001.
