The Executive Board of Delta Lloyd Nuts Ohra NV in consultation with the Supervisory Board intends to change the name of the group into Delta Lloyd NV with effect from 1 January 2002.
The Executive Board of Delta Lloyd Nuts Ohra NV in consultation with the Supervisory Board intends to change the name of the group into Delta Lloyd NV with effect from 1 January 2002.
The change of the name is a logical consequence of the merger. The use of Delta Lloyd NV as the name of the whole group is more powerful and gives clarity to the outside world. What is more, the name is already successfully used for the activities of the group in Belgium and Germany.
Delta Lloyd NV will continue to be operating with two major brands: Delta Lloyd and OHRA. The name of Nuts is maintained for the National Health Service activities for Delta Lloyd and OHRA.
The change has no consequences for most employees and for our customers. Neither will the change affect the intermediaries. What used to be called Delta Lloyd Nuts Ohra NV will be called Delta Lloyd NV with effect from 1 January 2002.
The change of the name will help us to position the whole group in the Netherlands and abroad as one major financial services provider.
