The company has created 20 new jobs in addition to the existing 180 jobs in the city to boost its intermediary customer service team, working on account handling and claims administration.
The new premises accommodate the telebusiness centre and the broker sales team as well as the increased number of intermediary customer service personnel.
Ted Waite, Norwich Union Healthcare customer service director, said: "The new location shows our continuing commitment to supporting intermediaries and their customers, and will help us to strengthen and complement our existing customer services capability."
