Aviva NDB Insurance won the silver award at the prestigious National HRM Awards ceremony held recently at a glittery event attended by top HR professionals.
Aviva NDB Insurance won the silver award at the prestigious National HRM Awards ceremony held recently at a glittery event attended by top HR professionals. Nearly 50 companies competed for the awards presented by the Association of Human Resources Professionals (AHRP) to recognize organizations that have the best HR practices.
The companies were evaluated under six categories – Talent Supply, Leadership and Talent Management, Performance Management, Building Capability, Reward and Recognition, and Employment Relations. Hewitt international, the world’s largest provider of HR business process outsourcing, carried out in-house audits of the short-listed companies, which included in-depth discussions with the managing director, key senior managers and the HR team. The Independent panel of judges that evaluated the audit results comprised Sri Lankan academics and professionals as well as international HR and business leaders.
Managing director Shah Rouf considered the achievement a reflection of how the company is striding forward.
