Andrzej Staszkiewicz has replaced Zygmunt Kostkiewicz as head of sales for the Commercial Union Poland group.
Andrzej Staszkiewicz is the former director of the Sales and Retention Department at Citibank Handlowy in Warsaw. Prior to that he held responsible management positions at Procter & Gamble, Colgate Palmolive and PTK Centertel. He graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow.
As head of sales, Andrzej Staszkiewicz has also been appointed vice-chairman of the board of the distribution company Commercial Union Polska Sp zoo and a member of the board of CU Życie (CU Life).

When he was responsible for distribution he continually increased sales of CU services and developed our sales network. I would like to wish Andrzej Staszkiewicz the best of luck at a time of particular challenges for the financial market," said Maciej Jankowski, president of the Commercial Union Poland group.
CU's own distribution network currently consists of around 3,600 insurance agents supported by several dozen centres all over Poland. The CU Group also collaborates with a number of outside partners, particularly with insurance agencies and brokers, banks, brokerage houses and financial advice companies. The company also offers motor insurance sold through its direct system (by telephone and internet). The CU group is a leader in the individual life insurance and pension funds market.
