First-Aviva has launched a volunteering programme. Every employee can now ask for up to three working days a year to undertake voluntary work.
The first volunteering programme concentrated on child safety in the kindergartens of Taipei.
Many employees signed up for the programme and contributed 108 hours in total.
In partnership with Jin Chuan Children Safety Foundation, First-Aviva's volunteer employees were pre-trained to be qualified for the programme.
Every employee had to host one game in which the children could learn about safety.
The children were very happy to join in the fun and the employees enjoyed helping them.
The child-safety volunteering programme is running every Wednesday until 19 November by which time the First-Aviva volunteers will have visited six kindergartens in total.
