AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat (AvivaSA), the group's life and pensions business in Turkey, has designed an online training programme to educate staff about corporate social responsibility (CSR) which is first of its kind in Turkey.
AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat (AvivaSA), the group's life and pensions business in Turkey, has designed an online training programme to educate staff about corporate social responsibility (CSR) which is first of its kind in Turkey.
The training has been created to promote a culture of CSR and volunteering among employees. It provides information about current and future CSR projects, the AvivaSA CSR policy, CSR reports and how to handle CSR operations in the company.
It also tests employees on their knowledge of CSR through mini surveys and, in return, staff are asked for their recommendations regarding the CSR areas in which they would prefer AvivaSA to be active.
All new entrants will be required to undertake the training, which is also being extended to field sales operations.
