Hibernian Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Furlong as customer experience director. In this newly created role Michael will have responsibility for leveraging the benefits of Hibernian's operations functions in delivering service excellence to customers across the group. Michael will be a member of Hibernian's executive management team, reporting directly to group chief executive, Stuart Purdy.
Michael joins Hibernian from Vhi Healthcare where he was IT and business process director with responsibility for IT Operations and business process development. Prior to joining Vhi Healthcare, Michael spent five years with Accenture in the UK and in Ireland where he had roles in the Solutions Operations Group and Financial Services areas. During his time with Accenture Michael led a number of largescale business operations transformation projects in a number of sectors including financial services.
