Taking into account the new development stage we are passing through, we are proud to announce that Aviva Romania has nominated two new persons on the marketing director and director of operations positions. Both directors will report to Shah Rouf, CEO Aviva Romania.
Adriana Filip is the new marketing director for Aviva Romania, in this role she is coordinating the activity of the product development, advertising and PR and distribution marketing teams. Adriana joined Aviva Romania in December 2005, as Programme Manager, the most important project lead by her was launching Aviva Romania on the private pensions market (Pilar II and Pillar III).
Adriana has a strong experience in the finance and banking area, being recognized for her professionalism and commitment. Before joining Aviva she was a part of the project management team in Raiffeisen bank, one of the most important projects coordinated by her being the implementation of Basel II. In 2002, Adriana graduated the Romanian - Canadian master of business administration organized by the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and the University of Ottawa, her final specialization being marketing.
"Adriana's managerial experience in the financial services area, her professionalism and her team spirit together with a very good global understanding of the business, recommended her as the most suitable person to take over the director of marketing role for Aviva Romania," said Shah Rouf, CEO Aviva Romania.
The new director of operations for Aviva Romania is Corina Bimbaşa. At the beginning of 2007, Corina joined the Aviva Romania team as client service manager, being one of the most important members in the pension's project team; in the same time she put the bases for an Aviva call center specially dedicated to internal and external clients. In her new role, Corina will coordinate the activity of Client Service, Underwriting and Policy Administration departments.
Corina graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, marketing specialization and she has a master diploma in Communication and Public Relations. Before joining Aviva, she had numerous managerial and non-managerial positions in big companies' client service departments, such as Vodafone and Celetem IFN.
"Corina already had a one year experience in the Aviva Romania's Operations Department, this promotion being like a continuation of her previous activity. I am sure that her strong expertize in the client service area will bring an extra value to our initiatives related to creating a new dimension for our business," comments Shah Rouf CEO Aviva Romania.
