As from 7 May 2007, Delta Lloyd group has appointed Mr J H (Jos) Motzheim RA, CIA (46) as director of the new group integrity department to be set up.
As from 7 May 2007, Delta Lloyd group has appointed Mr J H (Jos) Motzheim RA, CIA (46) as director of the new group integrity department to be set up. Jos Motzheim has gained extensive international experience in audit and compliance positions at ABN AMRO and Ahold.
With the creation of Group Integrity, the independent status and quality of the integrity functions are heightened. The roles concerned will be transferred from Group Audit and Integrity to Group Integrity. Group Integrity will cover the following core functions amongst others: Compliance Office, (Operational) Risk Management, Coordination of Fraud Management and Security Office. Jos Motzheim reports to Niek Hoek, chairman of the executive board.
As from 1 June 2007, Mr R (Richard) Sanders (45) has also been appointed as director of account management and delivery change for the new central ICT organisation. In this role, he is responsible for the Customer Account Teams and the delivery of ICT-related business changes for cross-divisional strategic projects. In this position he reports to chief information officer, Leon van Riet. Richard Sanders joined Delta Lloyd Group in 2001. He currently manages the Loss Adjustment department.
