Aviva France welcomes Jean-Luc François as chief financial officer and member of the executive board. 40 years of age, a graduate of the HEC school of management and holder of an MBA from Wharton, Jean-Luc François has come from McKinsey where he was associate director in the financial institutions sector. Before joining McKinsey in 1996 after his MBA, he held various finance-related positions in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, including a spell at Roussel Uclaf SA.
