Professor Dr HA (Hugo) Keuzenkamp, 42, has been appointed general manager of Delta Lloyd Care as of 1 January 2004.
Professor Dr HA (Hugo) Keuzenkamp, 42, has been appointed general manager of Delta Lloyd Care as of 1 January 2004. For the moment, Hugo Keuzenkamp is still general manager of the Economics Research Foundation and a lecturer in applied economics at the University of Amsterdam.
As a part of the Delta Lloyd Care management team, he will be taking on the finance and health insurance fund portfolio that became vacant with the departure of Loe Koekelkoren earlier this month.
After studying economics at Amsterdam (University of Amsterdam) and London (LSE), Hugo Keuzenkamp was attached to the University of Tilburg and, from 1996 to 2000, editor-in-chief of the economics journal ESB (Economisch Statistische Berichten – Economics Statistics Reports).
In the past, Hugo Keuzenkamp has been closely involved in questions involving free markets in the public sector (social insurance, electricity, public transport, healthcare). He also occupies a variety of part time posts including being a columnist for the Financiële Telegraaf, a member of the Energy Deregulation Monitoring Committee (‘Van Rooy Committee’), and a director of the Royal National Economics Association.
