Lorna Wiltshire has been appointed Media Relations Manager for Norwich Union’s life & pensions business based in York. Lorna joins Norwich Union from Legal & General where she had held the position of Press Officer since 1998.
Lorna Wiltshire has been appointed Media Relations Manager for Norwich Union’s life & pensions business based in York. Lorna joins Norwich Union from Legal & General where she had held the position of Press Officer since 1998.
Lorna will be responsible for handling media relations for Norwich Union Healthcare and for Norwich Union Life’s protection business.
Commenting on her appointment, Lorna said: “There are a number of major changes taking place in the life industry at the moment, and many of the issues are of critical importance to consumers too.
“Norwich Union is at the forefront of leading change in the industry with the media relations team playing a key role in this. I’m looking forward to engaging the media in the many issues affecting the industry, and putting forward the views and perspective of the UK’s largest insurer.”
