Warwick Beard has joined the team at Norwich Union Australia, as manager of its dealer services division.

Warwick Beard has joined the team at Norwich Union Australia, as manager of its dealer services division.

With more than 30 years experience in financial services, Warwick joins Norwich Union with unique experience in distribution, products and relationship development with independent financial advisers.

Marc Mengler, Norwich Union's chief operating officer, said he is delighted that Warwick has decided to join the company.

Before joining Norwich Union, Warwick Beard worked in Sydney with the Commonwealth Bank as executive, distribution remuneration. This followed time in South Africa and Australia contracting in a variety of roles in the financial services sector.

Warwick also spent seven years at Colonial Ltd with his last role being head of dealer services.
