Robert Fletcher has been appointed as director of marketing for Norwich Union’s Life and Pensions business in York.
Robert Fletcher has been appointed as director of marketing for Norwich Union's Life and Pensions business in York.
Robert, who is 36, will be responsible for IFA and Building Society Partnership marketing together with sales and marketing planning and market intelligence. He will also facilitate the overall development and delivery of the sales and marketing strategy.
Previously Robert has held a number of senior sales management roles within Norwich Union, CGU and Commercial Union. More recently he was divisional manager within the IFA business covering Central and South West.
Robert said: "There are many challenges currently facing the industry making this an exciting time to be taking up my new role. With my team I will be working closely with IFAs and our other business partners to ensure we provide the support and solutions expected of the market leading life company."
