Aviva has announced the launch of its own podcast. ‘The Aviva Podcast’ aims to tell the story of how the company operates, what its ambitions are and has interviews with the people who are trying to change the face of the insurance business.
The first three episodes are available now. The latest, ‘Rocket Scientists and Video Games’ is an interview with Aviva’s Chief Digital Officer, Andrew Brem. He explains more about the types of people Aviva is now hiring and how Aviva’s digital strategy is developing.
Episode 1, ‘Welcome to the Digital Garage’ is a tour around Aviva’s office in Hoxton Square in East London.
Episode 2, ‘Disrespectful to Process’, has an interview with Blair Turnbull, UK Digital Managing Director at Aviva, who speaks about the ambition to improve digital customer service so it is comparable with the most popular online retailers.
All future episodes of the podcast will be available at the Aviva Soundcloud page or on most podcasting apps, including iTunes, by searching for ‘The Aviva Podcast’.
