Netherlands: Buy-back programme completed

Delta Lloyd Group has repurchased 467,981 Delta Lloyd ordinary shares in the period from 20 August 2010 up to and including 27 August 2010.

Delta Lloyd Group has repurchased 467,981 Delta Lloyd ordinary shares in the period from 20 August 2010 up to and including 27 August 2010. The shares were bought at a weighted average price of €13.70 per share.

In the period from 11 June 2010 up to and including 27 August 2010, the total number of Delta Lloyd ordinary shares that have been repurchased is 1,650,000. The shares were bought at a weighted average price of €14.11 per share. With this the buy-back programme has been completed.

The trading was done as part of the buy-back programme of 1,650,000 ordinary shares that was announced on 10 June 2010.
