Netherlands: Progress of buy-back programme

Delta Lloyd Group has repurchased 116,688 Delta Lloyd ordinary shares in the period from 2 July 2010 up to and including 5 July 2010.

Delta Lloyd Group has repurchased 116,688 Delta Lloyd ordinary shares in the period from 2 July 2010 up to and including 5 July 2010. The shares were bought at a weighted average price of €13.89 per share.

In the period from 11 June 2010 up to and including 5 July 2010, the total number of Delta Lloyd ordinary shares that have been repurchased is 857,094. The shares were bought at a weighted average price of €14.22 per share.

The trading was done as part of the buy-back programme of 1,650,000 ordinary shares that was announced on 10 June 2010. During the closed period (6 July 2010 - 5 August 2010) no trading takes place.
