As of 1 December 2009, Pia Schmidt will take over responsibility for group communications at the Wiesbaden-based financial services provider Delta Lloyd.
As of 1 December 2009, Pia Schmidt will take over responsibility for group communications at the Wiesbaden-based financial services provider Delta Lloyd. She takes over from Martina Fassbender, who is leaving the company at the end of the year to spend time on new projects.
Pia Schmidt has worked in the Delta Lloyd communications department since February 2006. In her new role as spokesperson, she will be responsible for press and public relations, as well as for internal communication.
“We would like to thank Ms Fassbender for her extremely professional and very successful work and wish her all the best for the future, both in her professional and private life,” says Christof W Göldi, chairman of the board at Delta Lloyd Deutschland AG. “At the same time we are very pleased to welcome Ms Schmidt as her successor and wish her well in her new position.”
