Dr I M A (Ingrid) de Graaf will be appointed on 1 April 2009 as CEO and chair of the board of directors at ABN AMRO Insurance, a joint venture by Delta Lloyd Group (51%) and ABN AMRO Bank (49%).
Dr I M A (Ingrid) de Graaf will be appointed on 1 April 2009 as CEO and chair of the board of directors at ABN AMRO Insurance, a joint venture by Delta Lloyd Group (51%) and ABN AMRO Bank (49%). She succeeds Mr C F (Cees) Frankhuisen in the post, as Mr Frankhuisen will be retiring on this date, after 32 years’ service.
Ingrid de Graaf has been employed in various management roles with Delta Lloyd Group since 1999. She is currently director of operations for Delta Lloyd Life Insurance N V. She will be succeeded in this post by Mr R (Rob) van Mazijk. Rob van Mazijk has been employed by Delta Lloyd Group since 1984, amongst other roles as a director with Delta Lloyd Group Social Security.
