Delta Lloyd group and CZ have finalised the negotiations on the previously announced alliance. The agreement will be signed in the middle of November.
Delta Lloyd group and CZ have finalised the negotiations on the previously announced alliance. The agreement will be signed in the middle of November.
The intended agreement will be carried through provided that CZ will be risk-bearer of all health insurance products offered by OHRA, Delta Lloyd group and ABN AMRO Insurance starting January 1, 2009. The health insurance marketing and distribution activities conducted under these labels will remain with Delta Lloyd group.
All staff of Delta Lloyd group Health Insurance will remain employed with Delta Lloyd group until January 1, 2009.
