Delta Lloyd group and the trade unions FNV Bondgenoten, De Unie and Dienstenbond CNV have reached an agreement in principle on a new two-year collective labour agreement (CAO). The contract will apply from 1 June 2007 to 31 May 2009 inclusive.

In this two-year collective labour agreement, Delta Lloyd Group has agreed a pay rise of 3% on two occasions, ie on 1 June 2007 and 1 June 2008. Staff employed by the company on 1 February 2008 will also receive a one-off gross payment of €320 on that date.

Personal development is high on the agenda for the new CAO. For instance, staff will be offered a self assessment with an associated personal training budget. Together with the unions, Delta Lloyd group will also look into the possibilities for arriving at a coherent employability and life-stage related human resources policy and increased flexibility in terms of working hours and ways of working.
