Delta Lloyd Group confirms the completion of the acquisition of Erasmus Groep BV in Rotterdam. The regulatory authorities, the respective works councils and the relevant competition authorities are in agreement with this acquisition from the German Wüstenrot & Württembergische by Delta Lloyd Insurances. The takeover is effective with retrospective force from 1 January 2007.
