Aviva plc has announced that Sir Michael Partridge, a non-executive director of the company, will retire on 7 May 2003 at the close of the company’s AGM.
Sir Michael joined the board of Norwich Union as a non-executive director in 1996 and was appointed a non-executive director of Aviva (formerly CGNU) when Norwich Union and CGU merged.
