RAC plc today announces that Peter Hickson is resigning as a non- executive director following the recent changes to the composition of the Board.
RAC plc today announces that Peter Hickson is resigning as a non-executive director following the recent changes to the composition of the Board.
The Audit Committee of the Board will now be chaired by Peter Long, who has been nominated as the Company’s senior independent director, in place of Peter Hickson.
From today, the non-executive members of the Board will comprise:
- Peter Long, Chief Executive of First Choice Holidays plc
- Michael Ost, a non-executive director of Porvair plc and previously Chief Executive of McKechnie plc and Coats Viyella plc
- John Poulter, Chairman of Spectris plc
- Dianne Thompson, Chief Executive of Camelot Group plc
