This government-backed project - led by CGNU - to produce guidelines on environmental management and reporting for financial services was to have come to fruition in June. A vital stage of the project process has been consultation and this has been deliberately extended to improve the quality of the eventual output. Clearly the project wishes to avoid a launch in the summer period and so the guidelines are now scheduled for release in September.
