We're a global organisation, We have employees and customers from different cultures, all round the world, so our diversity programme has a lot of ground to cover.

We've built our approach on the principles of respect, valuing differences and inclusion. Our global programme is supported by local diversity programmes, which are run by our regions and business units.

Differences aren't always obvious, but the differences you can't see are just as important as the ones you can. By championing respect, we encourage all our employees to treat each other fairly.

We also try to mirror our customer base with our employees - that way we can stay engaged with our customers..

Our efforts in this area were recognised at the World Diversity Leadership Summit, hosted by the United Nations Global Compact, who honoured us with the Global Innovation award.
